Every child is special
Ishaan Awasthi an eight-year old whose world is filled with wonders that no one else seems to appreciate and who were always getting in trouble at school for being so misbehaving and out of focus from his lessons. Too often, he would be caught by his teacher daydreaming and getting low grades. He even cannot read nor write, for him letters and numbers are his enemy. For the people around him, Ishaan is a naughty and lazy boy because of this, his father sent him to boarding school, all alone and homesick with the hope of disciplining him, but the academic status of Ishaan did not still improve. Instead, he became withdrawn and lonely, far from the Ishaan who was active and fun-loving. Then came a new art teacher Ram Shankar Nikumbh who infects the students with joy and optimism. He breaks all the rules of "how things are done" by asking them to think, dream and imagine, and all the children respond with enthusiasm, all except Ishaan. But with Ram Shankar Nikumbh’s time, patience, care, and some awesome motivation he ultimately helps Ishaan find himself and change the way Ishaan would act towards school and learn to appreciate himself even more. Ishaan Awasthi is not an ordinary student. He has a very wild and creative imagination that brings him to different worlds, to worlds unknown to his classmates, teachers and family. He usually plays and does things on his own, he has his own special perception on things. Though his talent in painting and creativity is exceptional, he is just like every other kid, he loves to play and goof around. But the problem was, he cannot not cope with school the way other kids does. He has repeated the third grade, and still he did not show any improvement. He fails to read and write properly that’s why he was unable to pass his subjects. At the same time, he cannot attend to himself; buttoning his shirt or tying his shoe lace. A kid at the age of 9 is capable...
Just like any other Aahmir Khan movie I had watched, Every Child Is Special made me cry buckets. Who wouldn’t cry? It’s one of the most inspiring and touching movies of all time. It’s one of those movies that just won’t be forgotten easily, a movie that will be etched in a viewer’s mind, and a movie that surely will impart lessons about life, parenting, and teaching.
I learn so many things in that movie one is apreciate everything because everything has a big value. for me the child in the movie is priceless. and i salute the teacher who taught him and understand what the situation he has. This movie is one of the movies that will make you think and cry. :"(((
Another lesson that the movie made me realize was about parenting, about how parents should love their children equally, how they should accept them whatever conditions come with them when they were born and whoever they turn out to be. Parents should love their child all the more when they realize that he did not turn out to be the child they wanted to have.
Another deep lesson being carved in my mind was about how teachers greatly affect their students’ outlook in life, A simple show of care to anyone will be mark in heart of the persons that was disable.
This movie is very nice and many things That i was learn in life. It will be treasure in my heart and mind FOREVER! :)
OJT
INTRODUCTION On the job training or OJT is one method by which students is given chance to apply the theories and computations that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting.
EXPERIENCES Life is a long journey.
We are all bestowed with good and not-so-good moments in our life. As we grow older, we tend to face the hardships of the world. These days, lots of cobwebs have settled around and it feels as if we have totally forgotten the simple pleasures of life.
nervousness are always when it’s my first time. I do not have any actual experience. But student approached me to be understood. I feel happy and comfortable in the bank.
We always count and stamping cheque inside the bank. In this society we learn so many things this is the preparation for the world of work for us.
We perform our OJT in GRBank. We need to finish the 25 days training my schedule is every monday and tuesday. Time is really gold that time beacuse every minutes and seconds of the day counted and you need to do the tasks and finish it on time.
OJT will teach you on how to wake up much early just to be on time. February is the last month for us we feel lonely but eventually happy because yes we finish our ojt.

OJT
I am a graduating student taking Associate in Computer Technology . As I make my way to last semester of my year in college, I am required to take On-the-job training in a host training establishment for preparation in working in real world after school. I am interning at a world of bank called GUA GUA RURAL BANK. It is one of the bank in our town. I started my on-the-job training at GRBank on Nov 17, 2014 .
On my first day I was very nervous on what will happen in working there but the people I have worked with made it very enjoying. I have experience a lot of works like new accounts , stamping cheque, counting coins, assisting the client and etc. I can say that Mrs. Bacani thought me a lot inside the bank.
In my OJT i learn many things like to
listen to the instruction given by the manager and also the other employee. I
also learn to accept criticism and be apologetic for my mistakes. They are all
good to me.
At first, my supervisor give me the instruction for the work they were given, but when I already get familiar to these work me do it with myself.
As a trainee, I have to be at the bank on or before 8:00 am. Absences are recorded at our DTR and we have to ask the officers before we leave the bank premises. We have to give valuable reasons for leaving.
During my training I learned to interact and get socialized with other people. I know that people have different individuality and attitudes however making friends with my co-trainee and in the staffs and officers doesn’t make difficult. They don’t treat me like others. And as a trainee, I don’t feel tight working with them.
OJT’s have always been one of the most enjoyable and exciting moments of college days. I’ve been through to a lot of great experiences in my days. So OJT is over, but the learning experiences will continue.
Even if sometimes the tasks that they were given was not related in my course, I really appreciated the effort that they acc
epted me and considered me as their co- employee. There are lots of things that I can say that I’ll never forget, I met people who I enjoyed being with through their jokes, trips and even their smiles.
What I learned in my workplace is being hard working, even though it’s tiring. And keeping a smile on your face brings you warm-heart welcome as they smile back. All the good experiences, knowledge, skills I acquired during my OJT at GUA GUA RURAL BANK will be most cherished.
I realized many thing during my ojt. That money is not that easy to earn you will really need to work hard to earn enough salary. And nothing compares to the knowledge that it can give to us. It may be hard at first, but once we learn to appreciate and love what we’re doing, it became easier and easier every day.
That is my once in a lifetime ojt experience.
I am happy, grateful and fortunate that I was able to experience and learned a lot of things.
