DATE November 11, 2014 OBJECTIVE To come in the bank much early and to finish the tasks given. REFLECTION Second day of my on-the-job-training in GRBank. I was come early in the bank.Cutting some piece of white paper and following the command of the employee of the bank. ACCOMPLISHMENT I finish the tasks that they are giving me on time and done it properly. REALIZATION I realized that if you do your work properly and if yoy love what you do.it will be easily done on time and it also will be correctly made. KNOWLEDGE,VALUES,SKILLS LEARNED: I learn to talk with the client with potential and also with the employee. I learned to use some beautiful greetings inside the bank.
